I thank my friend, N. S., for sending me this link. The sphere-eversion problem was first solved by the mathematician, Stephen Smale, in 1958 when he showed that this was possible. Even watching this wonderful graphical illustration of the solution requires at least a few views to fully understand the solution. Its very sobering to know that Smale solved this nearly 50 years ago !!
